| i had a very very bad wreck yesterday. i hit a tree after hydroplaing on
I20. I went into a big ditch and landed partially in water. My car is
most likely totalled. I am OK. I had someone watching out for me
today. I thought I was gonna die. More details later. I wanna get
back in my bed now. |

| Ok ok....happy happy New Year!!! Lots of resolutions....which will not be shared with the general public at the time.....My New Years eve was a bust. But that's all fine. We needed the rest. We cleaned. Made reservations at a resturaunt....then after getting there and having to wait another half hour or so we got perturbed and went somewhere else. Heehee. And we were home and in bed by about 10. We managed to sit up and watch some TV til midnight...so we were awake for the ball drop. But that was it. I guess that's boring old married people for you?? But we needed the rest anyway.
Tomorrow is the first day of my last week of school. Getting a bit nervous about the exam...but we will see.
I got my hair done. I love it!! As soon as I resize the pic I'll post it.
I guess that's about all the excitement. Nothing too much really.

OK.
So Christmas is over. I racked up pretty good. Got lots of stuff I needed...and lots of stuff I didn't need. Heehee.
A
few of the higlights were....My father went out shopping a good bit
this year. He NEVER does this. If he's gonna buy things for the
children's Christmas it will be bought online. But this year....he
grew a crazy wild hair and went out shopping. And ALL BY HIMSELF
picked me out a Coach bag!!! ALL BY HIMSELF!!!! MY DADDY! Crazy huh?
And its super cute and basically just what I wanted!! And he was sooo
funny when I opened it and was looking at it. He told me that he was
not pleased b/c the leather had some flaws and scratched in it. He
bought me the leather moisturizer and told me how the girl at the Coach
store told him to clean it and make the marks go away. And said if
they didn't come out real well to give it back to him and he would go
get another one!! It was so funny. He was so proud of his purchase!!
And so am I!!! Mostly b/c my daddy went to the Coach store and picked
it out all by himself. I asked for a new bag...but wasn't specific or
anything. And he did it. Not my mama like I suspected. MY DADDY!!
Isn't that cute? Ha. Anyway so I was excited!!
Another great
gift I got was from Luke's parents. I don't know if they knew this or
not...but when asked by my sisters in law what I wanted for Christmas I
could come up with nothing other than a vacation. For those of you who
don't know....I've been going full throttle for the last 9 months or
so. And I am tired!!!! A vacation is way past due!! So.....they gave
us a gift card for a nice stay at a pretty little resort in the North
GA Mountains. I am super stoked about this too. Luke and I called and
made our reservations already!!! We are going to celebrate our first
anniversary there!!! We are pleased!!!
In other not pleasant
news....I went shopping today only to buy a bag for my laptop. I
wanted a bag that doesn't look like a laptop bag. I found a really
pretty one was red leather...and coordinated with either one of my big
bags I tote daily. It was fabulous. Luke promised me it was big
enough for my laptop. I got home...and no it is not! I'm disgusted.
I have to take it back to the store. Which means I have to go back to
Douglasville. I hate going into Douglasville. It is not fun. Oh well.
I'm gonna go eat something. I'm hungry,

| OK. Well. Tomorrow I start school!! Woohoo!! Exciting? Yes. Scary? Yes. Nervous? Very.
Well...tonight I got my desk and stuff set up in MY office finally. It's about time huh??
And
hopefully this month while Luke has a bit more time we are gonna get
some painting done. Thank goodness. I'm tired of khaki walls.
Heehee.
Now I want a pretty rug for my office. Any cool ideas??

me luck tomorrow. I will be commuting a bit again. I'll be out at
